Our philosophy - the center of all we do...
The guiding philosophy here at Sunflower Fields centers on the word "care." We care about:

• the quality of our farm's produce
• the value you receive
• how the decisions we make concerning Sunflower Fields affect our soil, the crops we grow, the people who are affected by those decisions and how these decisions affect the quality of your and our lives.
• creating an equitable system of growing, distribution, compensation and communication between us as growers and you as shareholders for the purpose of meeting all our needs
• making our farm a place which provides fresh, healthy, good tasting foods directly to families in northeast Iowa and which provides us with the ability to do what we love, to receive a fair wage for our efforts and to make our home on this farm.

Caring is something that comes from within us. Most importantly, we would like you to care about Sunflower Fields and all it encompasses as much as we do.
